The JCC is a multi-faceted agency providing a wide range of recreational, educational and leisure-time programs and services for participants from six weeks through old age to become emotionally, intellectually and physically healthy individuals.

The JCC serves the needs of families and individuals of all ages with social, cultural, educational and recreational programs rooted in Jewish and American culture. Early childhood and school-age services include year-round preschool, kindergarten, child care, after-school care services, art and educational classes and summer camp.
The 20,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center is continually upgraded with current, top-of-the-line equipment. The Aquatics Department offers swim lessons (group and private), aqua exercise classes, Arthritis Foundation and MS Society sanctioned aqua therapy classes, swim teams, and Red Cross certification while maintaining several lanes for lap swimmers every day.

The JCC Early Childhood Education Department offers a creative environment for children ages infant (6 weeks old) through kindergarten. JCC Day Camps offer a wide range of activities and summer experiences for children from three years old through high school. BBYO youth group is run from the JCC.

The JCC is also home to a kosher cafe. Food items at the J Cafe are supervised under the Indianapolis Orthodox Board of Kashrus (IOBK) to provide a dining, carry-out and catering option for the Jewish population residing in the area or visiting Indianapolis.
