Meat roast

With the New Year ahead, I am excited to bring you two delicious recipes that will draw a lot of compliments on them. These recipes aren’t just for the holidays.

Serves up to 8 people
Ingredients
• Brisket meat (You can buy in Cusco or Trader Joe's depending on how much you want to make).
• 2 boxes sliced white mushrooms
• 4 medium onions
• 4 sliced garlic cloves
• 3 large peeled and sliced carrots
• Dry white wine (to taste)
• Bay leaves, ground pepper, turmeric, chicken broth, paprika, onion soup powder (Quantities later in the recipe)

Preparation:
• Marinate the brisket with 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of red paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
• Take a frying pan and brown each side until it is golden brown.
• Put water in a pot that the size goes into in terms of size Put water in a pot that size fits in in terms of the size of the brisket.
• Add Quarter tablespoons black pepper. Put 3 bay leaves and 1 whole onion in black pepper water and a Disposable cup of white wine with the carrots (it should soften).
• Cooking takes about one and a half hours. You will know when it is done when you cut it with a fork and it is fully cooked.
• Take the brisket out of the water and refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting.
Save the cooking liquids! This is our axis for cooking the sauce.
• Preparing the sauce and adding the meat:
• Take 4 onions, if large then 3. Slice the onions into slices and fry with 4-5 tablespoons oil.
Once the onions are soft, add 4 sliced garlic cloves.
Add the mushrooms and fry 2-3 minutes.
• Add the seasoning: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of red paprika, ½ teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of onion soup powder, and 1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
• Add a Disposable cup of dry white wine to red.
• Put slices of meat neatly in a saucepan and check where the liquids cover the meat. Make sure it covers at least 1 inch above the beef. Add cooking liquids until you are 1 inch above the beef.
• Boil for 15 minutes. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour.

Good luck to everyone and happy holidays I would love to feedback on the recipe.
